Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark
I have only recently had experience with the Lucidspark platform. I was looking for a way to visualize the flow of some internal processes and some documents I was putting together. I needed a platform that could help me make sense of the factors at play and map them out clearly.
- The ability to keep it simple.
- Yet, the flexibility to create in-depth visualizations.
- Easy to use.
- The more in-depth boards can be a bit confusing to use at first as a newbie, however, it didn't take me too long to get the hang of it.
There are some great simple boards to use for those who want that simplicity or who are new to the platform. Trying out the more detailed boards and features took a little getting used to but didn't take too long to get the hang of.
Too early to comment as I am a new user. This is a feature I have not yet used, but look forward to trying when suitable.
I have not needed any customer support so far, so I give them a 10 out of 10 for that! The first step for great customer support is ensuring that the platform users don't actually require a lot of customer support.
