Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

We use it as a means of streamlining data, replacing complicated Excel spreadsheets with easier-to-read breakdowns of data that are more effectively used by the staff we provide the data to. This in turn allows us to effectively manage the patient experience and patient care, improving our service continually in line with NHS targets.

Unlike other systems I have been informed of, Lucidspark appears to be the easiest and most straightforward of its kind to use.

In our environment, it is particularly good as it allows us to streamline data and present it in a much more user-friendly way, and it is my opinion that most environments that rely on sharing data could benefit from a system like Lucidspark. Although I am only an intern, I appreciate the use of Lucidspark by my organization as it makes my life considerably easier as an employee by simplifying previously difficult tasks and data.
