Overall Satisfaction
- NetBase allowed me to monitor brands on social media like no other tool has done before. I was able to get rid of terms that did not apply to the brand I was looking at and narrow down my query.
- The way in which NetBase presented the information/analysis was concise, clear, and easy to understand.
- I was able to create several visual aids which I could use in presentations/reports. For example, wordels & graphs.
- For some reason my access has been turned off, I need help getting it back on.
- They send a lot of e-mails, some of which get annoying.
- Better customer service - you can see how consumers feel about your brands.
- Faster lead conversion.
