We love Parcel Pending and the amazing features that we get from them. The company is top notch and the team serves us well. We've been able to support our residents and staff by having this solution to make sure that we stay on top of packages for our teams. We are very satisfied with Parcel Pending and we'll be happy to buy again.

Parcel Pending was much more friendly than Amazon. We didn't feel like too small of a company to be cared about with Parcel Pending. Amazon was very difficult to work with compared to Parcel Pending.
