Overall Satisfaction with Pardot Marketing Automation

Pros

  • Product is very intuitive to use and effective in its main functions.
  • Pardot is always innovating and moving toward market trends and what their customers are looking for.
  • Customer service is fantastic! Friendly, responsive and helpful. Enjoyed meeting them in person at Connections as well!

Cons

  • Better aggregate reporting, which is already on their roadmap.
  • Simpler UI/UX, which is already on their roadmap.
  • More robust reporting overall, which is already on their roadmap.
  • With our Pardot forms, we're able to get leads to sales within minutes!
  • We can keep our sales team updated on their prospect activities with daily prospect reports and activity tracking.
  • We can track the effectiveness of certain campaigns and content, with instant feedback.
The product is great, the company is always innovating and improving, and the service is fantastic! It's great to see how they are staying on top of market trends and what their customers need, and making changes to move forward based on that feedback. And the people are great, they've been easy to work with and have gone the extra mile to take care of us. We love the Pardashians!
I'd recommend making sure you talk through your needs and be sure Pardot will address those fully. Be sure that you know what type of results you are looking for, and ask lots of questions. They are helpful and knowledgeable, and will not only help you understand Pardot, but they'll stick with you as you learn how to use all its cylinders!
