Overall Satisfaction with PatronManager

We use PatronManager in our Development, Marketing, and Box Office departments. The platform provides accessible CRM capabilities in a user-friendly interface. Reporting across departments is seamless and easy to accomplish with Patron Manager's intuitive user interface. Support is readily available from PatronManager staff at all times. In addition, as this is a Salesforce-backed program, we have access to the wide variety of third-party plugins to integrate with our system.

The PatronManager user experience is far superior, and custom report-building is the easiest I have ever seen on a CRM platform. Pricing is also competitive, and customer service + support far exceeds other platforms I have used in the past.
PatronManager is a great tool for building and managing your donor and ticket buyer lists, allowing you to leverage your collected data with custom reports and campaigns.
