We use SAP Business Technology Platform to deploy services not included in S4
- Offer a wide variety of services needed to support the SAP lanscape
- Flexible way of deploying services
- One place to get all new functionality from SAP
- Hard to get a overview, it can do too much, finding out what you need is not always easy
- Wayyyy too complex costmodels, there are 96 services and probably double the amout of ways SAP charges for them
- It's growing soo fast that it's hard to get an overview
- We have problems getting a good overview of the cost of the platform and services deployed
- We are in a rollout and need ways of getting new features, our problem is that we have problems understanding all the options
