Overall Satisfaction with SAP Cloud Platform
My organization uses the SAP Integration Suite to integrate seamlessly with our on-premise / cloud-based software without any issues. It’s been a nice vendor-relationship knowing that this “just works. We also used a lot of third-party cloud applications and needed to ensure that the lead time was limited due to project time constraints and the ease of usability increased for our customers. SAP helped make it happen.
- AI-enabled cloud and hybrid integration
- Ability to design and publish APIs
- Limited knowledge curve - makes it easy to onboard new devs
- SAP claims adaptability is a “pro” but we’ve found that its been a bit of a challenge internally (unsure if thats us or the product)
- More clear understandings of governance and security (but this may be a marketing situation)
- Capabilities are endless - we wish we had more of an education after we set things up so we knew how to expand.

- Saves us customer complaint resolution because their lives are made easier
Our organization is a beast. The easier a product and better adapted by the customer the better our leadership treats it. SAP Integration Suite has made the developers life easier by making things turn-key and ready to use with limited developer resources required. We are very happy with the decision to use this product.
This is an area that I wish our organization has used more of our resources learning and educating ourselves in gathering data and turning it into insights. With the limited exposure that we’ve had, we’ve boosted our reports and are happy with the way things are progressing. I feel like we have more to learn.
We have not used other platforms that would be considered competitors. In my new role, this was something that we immediately had a connection with and jumped into. So far things are going well and we don’t regret making the decision to go with this product. We are very happy.
