Overall Satisfaction with SAP Integration Suite
We love it because it’s such a flexible system coming originally from Germany, we had a different system and it was hard to navigate, errored out, and caused significant delays. There were integration challenges that affected the spirit of the team Although your system was harder for me to learn, it is now really easy to use. I can’t really think of anything negative to note.

- Took me a while to learn.
- Not easy to teach to new staff.
- I wished I could fine tune it to work in insurance industry.
- It’s made the workflow easier.
- Boss complains it’s too expensive.
- It’s innovative and we are an industry vanguard.
Cloud services are the number one reason why we have the system. We are terrified of a data breach as one of our competitors just had a 400-million-dollar ransomware attack.
It makes it so much easier to pull reports and discuss them in our weekly meeting.
I am not the decision maker. It’s just that I’m familiar with this system.
