Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We use SharpSpring as the bottleneck of our Inbound Marketing strategy. All of our campaigns are managed and monitored through SharpSpring. Our sales team are using the CRM functionality for their activities and reporting.
  • It is so easy to build forms and embed them onto your own webpage. Not only static, but also dynamic forms that allows you to gather more and more information about your leads.
  • The timeline is very useful and gives a nice overview of what your leads are doing on your websites.
  • Lead scoring allows you to do dynamic segmentation of leads.
  • The new visual work flow builder allows you to easily build advanced automation.
  • At the moment there is no SoMe integration.
  • Some minor bugs around in the system.
  • SharpSpring has revolutionized the way we work with digital marketing in our company. We haven't spent it long enough to measure the ROI over time, but the startup cost is so low that it shouldn't take long time.
We have evaluated HubSpot and Pardot.
Tracking and monitoring website activity. Converting visitors to leads through dynamic forms. Advanced marketing automation with the visual workflow builder. Dynamic lists based on e.g. lead scoring.
