Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

Our agency uses SharpSpring for our own business development and we also implement for our clients to help them develop leads and track ROI through all their marketing activities. Being able to get rid of MailChimp, Woofoo Forms, Leadpages and bring all of our Google and Social Media analytics into one place has made it very easy for us to track marketing activities and simplify and automate our sales pipeline.

  • The manual data entry is a little clunky.
  • If you have not used marketing automation you need to understand the commitment it takes. You have to be all in and set aside a good amount of time and resources to implement and be committed to use 100%.
  • We are able to see our sales pipeline and how much new business we have on the books. We know when our lead pipeline is drying up and we need to put more effort into developing new business.
  • We are able to keep prospects warm without doing anything. Once we set up a workflow, we are communicating with prospects and leads and we see if they are interested through the lead-scoring feature.
  • SharpSpring paid for itself in under six months.
We had used other marketing automation platforms and switched to SharpSpring for two reasons. Cost defiantly played a role and we think SharpSpring is a really good value, but the main reason we choose SharpSpring is that we felt that they would support us and help us grow over time. We have found that to be true and have been very happy with SharpSpring's support.
If you own a small business and need to automate marketing tasks or integrate all of your marketing activities SharpSpring is a great platform. The same is true if you are an agency and want to help your clients develop leads and track the ROI on leads and conversions, SharpSring will give your agency a distinct advantage over agencies not using marketing automation.
