Overall Satisfaction with Skedda

We established a hybrid model during covid and this increased our need for a booking system. Previously, we had used it to manage meeting rooms and common areas, as well as shared resources - such as monitors. The ability for users to look after their own schedules has freed up a lot of time and demanding organizational work from receptionists and managers.

It has been best suited for the management of personal schedules - our staff book the days they want to work at specific desks. It has allowed us to easily establish a hotdesk system, and also allows us to present the booking data of permanent desks as well. This has allowed teams to book in on the same day without a lot of internal messaging clogging up their days.
