Overall Satisfaction with Snagit

Snagit is a fantastic screen capturing software with unlimited use cases. Being in training myself, I used it daily to capture and record walkthroughs of processes and highlight specific icons when showing how to follow said processes. It was also useful for recording voice over those walkthroughs so I could provide commentary on what is happening, why it is important, and what to do next.

If you work in any type of training or admin role where you need to show someone how to access files, sign documents, complete forms, or interact in any way with another system - then Snagit is great for being able to show this process by recording your screen while you voice over what to do. If you are making job aids it is also great to include screenshots.
