Overall Satisfaction with Wingman

We use Wingman to record all the inbound and outbound calls in our organisation. It is invariably used by all the customer-facing teams and very often by marketing too for the purpose of research.
  • Integration with Salesforce- A sales product that we recently tested didn't have it so I count this feature as an upside.
  • Transcription feature
  • Nice UI- They have a good UI thereby helping you easily navigate filters, search, annotate and listen to recordings.
  • As a marketer it does exactly what I expect from it. Not one bit less. Maybe if you are in sales you would find some shortcomings because then you use it aggressively. But as a marketer and occasional user I find it totally satisfactory.
  • Salesforce and google calendar integration
  • Call recording and annotation
  • Wingman improved our sales efficiency. Haven't quantified the ROI yet.

Wingman is well suited for prospect research for building ICP, analyzing customer requirements, and gauging sales reps' client handling prowess. Can't comment about the scenarios where it is less suited.
