Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

Wrike helps us bring greater transparency to our portfolio and projects. We are able to automate data so each group can leverage tools they are comfortable with and bring everyone onto the same page. By using Wrike, we have been able to reduce our need for Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. This has helped bring the whole team together and benefit from near real-time updates and status. We utilize Wrike to streamline our intake of projects and execute them in a timely manner. Love how Wrike brings everything together.

Wrike works well for managing daily projects and allows us to scale the size of each project. We leverage Wrike's Analytics capabilities to allow us near real-time updates from our projects along with activities occurring in other applications that different teams leverage. We are just starting to leverage Resource Management. This is definitely an area for improvement and simplification in our company.

Wrike team takes the time to understand your workflow to help you set up your account to match the way you work.
Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled - We set up a knowledge base and some training to help onboard team members. As our account has grown, some new teams utilize Wrike's Professional Services to help them onboard more team members.

Wrike Support

Wrike support team responds to our request very fast and his there to help us resolve questions. We also have many touch points with our CSM to discuss our account, anything new with Wrike and ways to improve our process. Our requests to support are usually resolved via email, but if the concern is more challenging calls are set up to better understand to help us get to a resolution.

We have Wrike Pinnacle, so our subscription comes with quick response times.
Last fall (2022), one of our team members had a challenging issue for some automation. One of Wrike's team members took the time to discuss the issue and help develop a solution that eliminated many manual steps.

Using Wrike

Wrike is very flexible to your workflow. Wrike allows everyone to set up their way of working so no one team has to follow just a table screen. This allows for team flexibility and agility.
