Manage campaign across different categories with the following benefit - quickly identify milestones, overdue task to prioritize ( through dashboards) - quickly create timelines by using blueprints - @mention to follow up on task and have traceability on - Edit function to ensure different versions are available for audit purposes - Resource management - allocate projects to different department through job roles - Celebrate success - by using Wrike we can quickly see how much work has been done by the team and celebrate. - Single source of true - Quickly step into when colleagues are on holidays
Pros
- Dashboards are brilliant way to monitor work and it is now very visual
- Blueprint - time saver!
- Custom field - great to customise projects
- Automation - reduce adm
Cons
- Request form - it cannot be saved by the submitter and then continue
- Workflows - is available for all account it cannot be reverted to Space only.
- Resource management - only can be done if creating tasks. It could be good to be able to do it at project level
- Minimise the number of PM needed so reduction in resources
- Continuous improvement - Clear understanding on processes and what can be improve
- Business continuity during changes
Wrike has better customization and integrations Flexibility to give different access depending on what it is needed. Spaces provide independence for each Team to set up what they need Open to feedback from users and implementing changes suggested by users Learning material allows implementation and improvement without needed a high understanding of technology.

2 - It should be someone that understand the end users need, a good project management skills and regularly keep on top of any Wrike updates so they can be shared and implemented. They should have people skills to overcome barriers to adopt the tool but also good listeners in order to gather feedback and amend accordingly.

We set up a serie of 6 learning sessions and they were delivered in a very professional and at the same time easy to understand way.
