Overall Satisfaction with Yesmail
Yesmail is being used across two business units. It is our primary tool for email marketing to our customers. We have it integrated with our CRM (a project that took a long time to complete). We've been using it for three years in our business unit and it works well. We haven't fully leveraged the deliverability services which is our next step.

- Easy to create a campaign
- Decent reporting
- More proactive account management
- Every minor change requires a new SOW
- Would like more robust reporting, ability to export click maps, etc.
- Increased our send rate from 20K/hour to 200K/hour. Previously with our in-house tool it would take days to send a campaign. Now it takes hours.
- Increased efficiency of our email marketing team. Having to work less with the data team now for list pulls.
- In house tools and MailChimp
We currently use MailChimp for automation campaigns. While there are limitations with MailChimp segmentation, it was much faster to get set up. We still use Yesmail for the bulk of our sending, and could probably do all the same things we do with MailChimp but it would just take a bit longer to get it set up.
