1Password

1Password is fantastic for keeping track of personal logins, as well as work logins. Far better than simply jotting down passwords in a notebook and stuffing it in the bottom drawer where you hope no one will notice it! I probably wouldn't trust it to store nuclear codes, but I feel plenty secure knowing that even if malicious parties steal data from a corporate data leak (as has happened to all of us over time), my other logins have not been compromised.

Works great in a Wiindows/Linux environments. Easy to roll out and especially easy to update. Account manager stays in touch often. Monthly training on the product is a plus.

  • Not as slick as CyberArk
  • Training is free, but could use a lot of improvement
  • Documentation needs refinement

Alternatives Considered

1Password is a better solution than LastPass and Dashlane. The Watchtower feature monitors your accounts for possible breaches, leaks, and weak passwords. 1Password is more affordable, has a great set of tools, and works seamlessly to help teams manage credentials. Unlinke LastPass, 1Password has never had a data-breach. 1Password also has a fantastic, responsive customer service team.

CyberArk and ERPM are direct competitors. Great thing about ERPM is the ability to integrate with Sailpoint out of the box. Add to that the lower overall cost of the product.
