BrightTALK is suited for companies with a plethora of webinars and video content they'd like to reach new target audiences. New content can continued to be replayed so companies can reap the benefits with minimal effort in relations to content creation. The platform has a bunch of great, unique features that you can't find on a Zoom webinar, etc.

- It takes some time to get up to speed on how it works. You need to do a test run a couple times to get used to it.
- I don't like how when you click on a webinar from a list, it automatically registers you. I want to review it first and then click a button to register.
- I'd like to have a comment board where people could post their ideas for all to see during the session. It would be more collaborative.

At first, the BrightTALK platform seems a bit cumbersome and confusing. However, once you have about 1-2 practice sessions, the speakers find themselves comfortable with the platform and are satisfied with the features. Also, BrightTALK support has been excellent and provides helpful tutorials and customer support that my team has not found elsewhere.

The support team has been helpful and has always responded within 24 hours and usually within a few hours at most! Their guidance and expertise has helped us trouble shoot some issues we were having with our channel and with our BrightTALK integration. They were friendly and very professional and were instrumental with the "White glove service."

BrightTALK stacks up well against competitors and offers ease of use and good ROI for our business. In addition, the support available during live events as well as before and after is quite helpful. There are many features and options for BrightTALK that we have not had the time to use, but I expect we will use it more and more as we continue to build our audience in the community.
