I believe my specific experience may not be reflective of the overall brand. Much of the material we covered was "basic 101" level concepts. So these courses might be better suited for newer, less experienced teams. Or more accurately, folks who might be newer to the workforce. There was mention that there are other courses which are more specially tailored to issues faced by individuals deeper into their careers, however I was not inspired enough after the first couple classes to consider them.

• Small to medium-sized businesses that need to manage a small sales team and a large number of leads and opportunities.
• Businesses that need to track sales activities, such as customer interactions and sales pipeline, in a centralized and organized way.

Could be better in:

• Companies that are looking for a very specific industry-specific solution that is not covered by Axiom Sales Force Development.
• Large enterprises that have a complex sales process and need a more customizable or specialized solution.

• Flexible with scheduling
• Easy to follow/complete course material

• Our instructor just seemed to be going through the motions - has previously heard good reviews for this instructor so this was a disappointment.
• Some of the lessons were 'obvious' and/or 'corny'.
• I felt as though I received very little benefit from the overall experience.

I can't state why we selected Salesforce as that was a corporate decision, but I can tell you SAP CRM was a whole lot easier to maneuver.

• (Positive) It has highlighted alternative ways to present to prospects depending on their personality/persona/interests/etc.
• (Negative) It was scheduled during one of the busiest weeks of the year - drawing technical resources away from revenue generating activities.
