- If you need to review a lot of documents and don't want to spend a lot of money with all needed software licenses, this product is good. - If you have a document with sensitive information that you would like to share to someone but removing that sensitive part, you can create a view and share with them. - The tool ensures the content is not leaving the repository and source file can't be edited. All companies have scenarios to preserve compliance.

  • There is a function to create views, restricting some contents to specific people.
  • Password protection when publishing
  • Business processes can be digitally signed.
  • Check difference feature allows to compare differences in 2 documents.

  • OpenText Brava couldn't open some documents because a few fonts are not readable.
  • I didn't find an integration with Microsoft Power Apps at least.
