Likelihood to Recommend Experienced a lack of available programming languages while working on a minor project. I had to halt the project and wait for it to be added later. It took ages and had a hit on our productivity. It has a centralized management system which helps and an easy interface which helps to manage multiple tasks in case of large-scale operations and projects.
Read full review Stripe is very suitable for small businesses. They provide you with a nice portable CC scanner when you sign-up. If you have an eCommerce store Stripe will most likely be compatible with it. Even if you have a more custom site built using Wordpress/WooCommerce Stripe has a free plug-in that's ready to use.

This allows us to build a web server in the language and framework of our choice, deploy it as a Lambda function, and expose it through API Gateway. API Gateway manages API keys. Building rate limiting and request quota features are not trivial (or interesting). API Gateway's pricing can be very attractive for services that are accessed infrequently. Debugging across several services can be difficult when API GW is integrated with Route 53 and another service like Lambda or EC2/ELB. All that is needed is a plan and then implementing that plan either with a developer, or through the help of Stripe's customer service team to assist in getting you setup. The ease of use time it takes to get up and running is second to none

Read full review Stripe's support is nearly perfect – great attention to detail, fast response times, and a willingness to really dig into issues and get to the bottom of them. In the five years we've been using Stripe, the only negative thing I can say about their customer support is that it seems like there has been a slight shift to less technical front-line support agents, which means it's more likely your issue will have to be escalated before you get more information. This, however, has happened as Stripe rolled out more real-time support features like call and chat, and that really isn't workable if you're escalating everything right off the bat. It's absolutely an acceptable trade-off.

Azure API Management at the time, it had serious connectivity issues, it was very unstable, and it needed to do a lot using the command line. Comparing with the AWS solution, which was more mature, and the fact that we have services in use on AWS, we ended up choosing to continue using AWS products. This so as not to run the risk of increasing latency in accesses, and of some functionality not working, due to being developed yet.
Read full review We found that Stripe was much easier to have integrated with our site, as well as easier on the users when it comes to inputting payments. On our end, the dashboard and reporting are very easy to utilize and make it very easy to understand how our business is doing.
Read full review Return on Investment ROI is negative, you need either to hire them to work with you or spend days/weeks to figure out issues. For some of the projects in the end it is not worth it, it is just a "buzz" to use serverless but not practical. Service is easy to set up authorization and it is easy to manage. Read full review It makes getting money from your clients really easy It gives your clients the guarantee that their payment information is totally secure and confidentially used and kept It is very easy to integrate with online assets of the company In a couple of occasions, some companies have wanted me to use Stripe for them to pay me, and I have had a couple of hiccups. This was more related to the way that these companies set up the Stripe integration of my account to their platform. In both cases, the integration has not been possible and to this date, I still do not know why with exactitude. As I said before, the commissions kept by Stripe could be lower, and shared with the CC companies, rather than having us clients pay for all of o it. Read full review ScreenShots
