Pros	Bilflo Bilflo gives me access to achieving my goals. It is very user-friendly system. The GP calculator is very helpful. This system allows for many different time-keeping and pay-structure. I think I've seen one (short) 5-minute' blip' the entire time we've been connected for any type of primary function. Cons	Bilflo Releases are irregular and often contain bugs. It takes time to integrate for the first time. This is a huge value add service, but the quality of what was produced was lower than what we would have produced internally.
