Alerts can be sent to managers all in the system. If you are looking to hire multiple people in different departments and would like to schedule interviews with multiple candidates, then this would be a good win for you. Cons	CareerBuilder Search tool has limits. You can key word search, and that is about it. When reading a resume for one job respondent in a requisition, I would like to stay in that same viewing mode when jumping to the next candidate with less clicks! Alternatives Considered	CareerBuilder Didn't always get good resumes from Monster. CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking allowed us to get resumes and track all in one place which was very helpful for the project we were working on at the time. Resumes were good as well as system itself. The managers all like it as well which is a big help when you want their buy in to a product to use.
