Read full review Great customer service and support with an easy to use interface and easy to understand. The integration is seamless and much easier to use compared to some competitors products. Having customizable dashboards to handle reporting makes easier work for the team and they are able to understand their objectives more easily. We found that the dashboards and reporting also make sure that our client touch points are correct and ensures that we are offering the best service experience. I do feel that a con for Revenyze would be the gap in packages/plans available. I believe there should be a slight increase in the offering on Pro, leave Scale as it is and introduce a slightly more entry level package that offers what Pro currently does. This offers a greater plan dynamic to the mid-size enterprises who are working on updating their B2B and CRM packages which as we all know can be an incredibly costly exercise.

Read full review Alternatives Considered The above and various other plugins/software were either not compatible with some of our software OR were too expensive (often with recurring costs vs. one-time) OR offered too many add-on features that weren't needed. It took us nearly 40 expensive man-hours to test and narrow down on this particular plugin that met all requirements in a go

Together the two work in harmony ensuring the best action and tasks as well as understanding for our revenue team. The integration if you are using HubSpot already is seamless and easy to implement. The two compliment each other and you will really see the impact that using both software solutions has on your bottom line.
