Dice is better than all other resume Sourcing portals in all aspects, Dice has more filters it helps us to find a exact resume and I feel like Dice shows more profile for the same boolean strings and Dice shows more USC Profile than other portals when we're searching for USC and GC it will be very help full. When we're looking only in specific time zone this will be helpful.

• You can add a feature to filter resume with skills in recent project
• I accept that this is the best portal with lots of filters but coming to Pricing it feels higher than other portals.
• When we use some specific string sometimes I get irrelevant profiles, That keyword which I mentioned won't be available in that resume I wish Dice team would look into this.
• Sometimes in few profiles when I filter for some XX Years It shows which I mentioned outside but when I migrate that profile I'll be less than that and that's a waste of view so I would request the Backend team will look into this thing too

In Ceipal if we use same string we get less profile for Dice if we use that same string in Dice.com we get more profiles and I fell like Dice is easy to use and user interface design is comfortable and In LinkedIn and Indeed we will post Job and should wait for resumes but here we directly source resumes
