Likelihood to Recommend Go1 is a great solution for SMEs looking to implement their first LMS. The cost per person is reasonable and the content available is vast. The Account Managers do a great job at working with the business to ensure a smooth launch, with loads of additional content to drive usage (email templates, schedules, etc).

Read full review Maestro is great for managing my membership and is terrific with reservations. At this time I am not sure if there is any scenario where it is less appropriate. I guess it doesn't work well as an interface for a golf shop, for tee times, etc. And, any golf product we get doesn't speak well with Maestro, so maybe golf. But, they may have a solution for that too.
Read full review Pros The huge library and variety of courses that can be accessed from multiple different providers in one place. Our account manager from Go1 is always on hand to answer any questions we have or help with any tasks we have. It is also very easy to pull reports from and monitor learning across the board. I also love that I can pull the .skorm file for learning content from the site to reupload onto our internal site for compliance training. Many information and configuration in the target system that should be available to pre-filling or can be pre-configured to allow better automated integration that is time efficient. The reporting can be improved and further automated; this include in an integrated scenario. Read full review Guest Names - I do have some difficulty with guest names. Many people want two names on their member profile. When I use Schmoe, Joe And Jane, it capitalizes the A in and. If I use the ampersand I have issues with the name processing. So, just one primary member and no ampersand. Creating New Folios - For some reason it is very easy to create a new folio under a member account and you have to finish creating it before you can back out of it. I have done that a few times but not a huge deal. Access Levels - Is there an easy to follow list of access levels and what they include? I guess I should ask Maestro this. Maybe not an issue... Read full review Alternatives Considered Go1 has the biggest volume of content in the most varied formats. This allows us to tailor content for accessibility and neurodiversity purposes, skillsets, job roles and interests. We chose Go1 because they don't use pushy corporate sales and use a much softer sales pitch, as the product speaks for itself. This friendly tone of marketing was a major factor in choosing them over pushier, less personal brands

I do really like that Maestro has the support we need in an ever challenging customer service world. Thanks for being a great tool for our resort!
