Chose Bullhorn ATS & CRM
Sadly Bullhorn is barely better than Birddog in terms of options and notes, but worse overall. Salesforce is awesome. JobDiva great for appointments
We were using JobDiva ATS however due to JobDiva being very costly we pivoted to Bullhorn however that led to a lot of challenges. Bullhorn didnt had the same kind of resume pool thus not allowing the recruiters to source qualified resumes. Bullhorn's user interface is much …
For me eRecruit & Tempbuddy standout , although it is now being bought by Bullhorn ATS & CRM. But there are tools on eRecruit that somehow similar with Bullhorn ATS & CRM but it is not on JobDiva. Some of our clients will not also migrate to eRecruit & Tempbuddy or Bullhorn ATS …
With the exception of Job Diva, which I don't know if it's available on Android or iOS, Bull Horn was much easier to use. Bull Horn is also quite beneficial in tracking the application of candidates and updating their statuses in order to check their availability for future …
I am a strong believer that Bullhorn has improved nicely over the years. You do not have to be a technical guru in order to use 99.9% of the functions. It really is a one-stop shop. You are able to edit and make changes as you go to have more of a positive impact on your …
Ultimately I did NOT select Bullhorn. When I was at a previous company, we were using Bullhorn. I evaluated a few, gave a full trial to SendOuts and MaxHire, and ultimately selected MaxHire to replace Bullhorn.
Then, at my current company, we were using PCRecruiter. It was not …
I tried Bullhorn for a couple of days, being honest I found JobDiva much better in most of their features. The user interface, tracking of candidates, Real Time Search, Recruitment cycle - JobDiva makes recruiting easy with all these options.
I like Crelate the best and I liked MaxHire also. I was not a huge fan of iCIMS, but think that Bullhorn/Maxhire were good. Out of all of the products I have used, I like Crelate and MaxHire the best. My leadership selected JobDiva and I am unsure of the reasons because I was …
JobDiva is much more streamlined and easy to use. The database making algorithm of JobDiva is much stronger than Bullhorn. JobDiva allows tracking of candidates much easier and making changes to any candidate profile is very hassle free. Searching resumes on different portals …
[I] used Bullhorn years ago. Actively using JobDiva [for] the last 3 years. I think this is the best ATS. Every company must have this to make their work easier and highly profitable. Every user must learn JobDiva in depth so it will enhance their performance. Also, doing …
Bullhorn seemed very focused on integration with LinkedIn but was missing on other factors. WinSearch was lacking as an ATS on all fronts, mass email would go to same people, there was no real prevention of duplicates and there was really no great way to link information and …
JobDiva trounces Bullhorn from my experience. The user satisfaction rates don't lie, JobDiva is simply better from the user experience. Generally runs faster too.
We are currently in the process of trying to link Salesforce to JobDiva CRM. It has not been a smooth integration. There is a feeling that there is more for us to utilize in Salesforce, but we can't leave behind the ATS functionality on the recruiting side. No tool is …
I have used Bullhorn and WinSearch Recruiting recruiting. The user friendly interface is where it gets me. WinSearch Recruiting was a night mare and Bullhorn is very decent but it does not concentrate on harvesting candidates it does but more from a job post perspective.
I would say JobDiva is very good compared to other ATS, as JobDiva makes it easy to store candidate information. Navigation-wise, it is well developed and job postings are made easy for team members, we can avoid duplicates, email merge is awesome when compared to other ATS I …
Cost-effective, job board integration, phone system integration, and team collaboration. Convenient in helping my tasks easier, phone and onsite interview scheduling, onboarding, and even after the candidate starts working up to retention are all covered. Not to mention it's on …
JobDiva seems to be a much more fluid and dynamic ATS that we can customize for our organization. The seamless integration with other tools and systems is a huge plus.
JobDiva not only helps recruiters find the best candidate from a huge talent pool but it also offers tools that aid the finance department in collecting timesheets and viewing the business financial reports.
I feel JobDiva is much better compared to other ATS I used. In terms of UI, ease of access, reports, candidate tracking, and application tracking, its options are really easy to understand and use anytime. Their reporting tools are hands down the best. JobDiva is one of the …
Helps recruiters stay organized, work on multiple jobs at once, and keeps up with candidate and client activity very well. It is providing an excellent platform to search candidates that are well qualified for the job. It also provides suitable candidates who are looking for a …
I have used CATS, Bullhorn and Daxtra Search as well. Features like CATS are very good in terms of searching candidates and getting updates. Have a look on CATS portal to check out the details. JobDiva has some of the best features that any other ATS can provide though.

I have used both Bullhorn CRM and Zoho. Both are very good products. However, the price point for Zoho is much less than that of Bullhorn. That being said you don't have all the support or customization options in Zoho that we had in Bullhorn. In this case - since we simply …
Zohorecruit is the best platform for small and mid-sized companies. It will help us to save lots of time in the recruitment and hiring journey. We have used Oorwin also in the past, but this is much better than the Oorwin, and it's very robust and easy to use, and the site is …
Zoho Recruit provides us with the opportunity to post unlimited jobs, manage the entire recruiting process, integrate with job boards, and have a career site- at a low cost. They continue to add on new features and work with staffing agencies to create tailor-made tech …
Bullhorn and RDB were much advanced and maybe better suited to large agencies, however the costs for them is significantly higher. Workable I didn't think was helpful at all in managing vacancies, in fact it seemed pretty useless. Zoho had the best features at the most …
Before Zoho we used Salesforce.com. We left because their external recruiting modules were extremely expensive and their internal systems needed too much customization to be used adequately as an ATS. Also we didn't need Salesforce's working group and social media integration. …
Bullhorn served as a very reliable and thorough tracking system for contacts, discovering prospects, and maintaining track of all relevant data. There are many customization options, strong search results, and sensible workflows. Excellent reporting tool. When we needed to find new resumes but all we could find were talents who had previously been discovered, it was less appropriate. Job Boards outperformed Bull Horn in terms of speed and quality.
The functionality the platform holds is top-notch where I can house details regarding contact information, requested rates, what jobs we're submitting them to, and all the personal information (CV, certifications, degrees, etc) that we obtain from our candidates. It's extremely helpful that I am able to submit candidates externally as that is our M.O. routinely. I really like it.
With the business I am in I have to be able to search and reach potential candidates from hours away due to the scope of the contract we have covering a solid couple hundred sq. miles of the state; so being able to have a software that can search, sort, rank, and suggest candidates without having to spend ours of time or driving hours for an interview I can connect with one person and make a decision and have the software there for them and send an email or two with the steps and instructions and 5 minutes later be doing the same for another candidate hours away without even needing to leave the office or even from home and knowing that I'm able to monitor and adjust the steps or make adjustments along the way and being able to trust that it is choosing quality candidates and able to help me hire the right people to do my job to keep my contractors and homeowners safe is amazing for our business.
It provides the contact details of a candidate relevant to the job. All details are with a user-friendly interface that anyone can use the application.
The specific details given by Bullhorn ATS & CRM are unbelievable. One place and you can make a decision about hiring or not hiring.
The messaging automation feature again helps to save our time.
Like other HR-based services, Zoho Recruit allows you to track the behavior of candidates during the execution of your hiring process, so that you can create constant notes of any problems that may arise and that may prevent a proper job.
The relationship between employers and candidates can be measured, which is excellent for creating reports on the development of each hiring process, and employees can then be evaluated on their ability to manage and communicate correctly with each candidate under their direct care.
Hiring sessions can be recorded using a variety of methods. It does not necessarily have to be done using an audiovisual recording tool (which is possible through different integrations) but a convenient recording system that allows you to note down important data, and where even the candidate's photographs can be saved.
We believe that some features of Zoho Recruit's support service could be improved, although this is probably a general service by the Zoho team for all their programs. The staff is not sufficiently explanatory, and therefore we have not been able to meet our expectations for troubleshooting.
We like that using Zoho Recruit is so convenient, and that it interfaces well with the other services that the entire Zoho suite has to offer: Zoho Recruit is a good alternative for human resources, which shows a reliable and easy-to-manage operability, so that all registration and follow-up processes are simple.
Reporting: out of the box reporting is not very detailed or easy to navigate. In order to get better detailed and specific reports, you either need their Canvas product or pay for a 3rd party vendor.
Customization: will get better with NOVO Experience update, but many users still don't have it. Right now many fields and order are not customizable
Many features Bullhorn can do are not apparent to the user, often times you have to call in the figure things out.
Zoho Recruit should allow for customization of pipelines based on department/role to be hired.
Zoho Recruit should allow for customization of the vendor portal allowing the vendor to type in key data points about candidate profiles that are typically not found on the resume, such as notice period, current salary and expected salary.
Zoho Recruit could simplify the blueprinting process built into the tool which allows for smooth flow of candidates through the system.
We have about 2 years left on our current contract; It would take a major change in the ATS marketplace for us to strongly consider opting out of renewal given the time and effort we have dedicated to building our our Bullhorn system. I will take the time to revisit with some of the competition down the road, but Bullhorn acquired our runner up, MaxHire, about a year back and continues to offer a solid product suite for our current and future needs.
We have invested a lot of time and technically money (on the part of our people) in JobDiva. We had an independent company come in and do a gap analysis to tell us where we were using the product as we should be and where we were not. We are working on correcting things that we are not doing to "best practice" for our business.
We have evaluated every other ATS on the market, and do so every 1-2 years just to make sure we aren't missing out on anything better, and found that Zoho offers more functionality than any ATS with a per-recruiter-price under $100. Once it introduces automated job alerts and candidate login functionality there will be no reason for us to look elsewhere.
I found Bullhorn ATS & CRM to be extremely user friendly and quick to learn how to navigate it. The integration to Xero is extremely beneficial and really helps us to manage and monitor our recruitment activities and what stage of recruitment we are up to and to ensure we are invoicing our clients accordingly which we do in three stages.
JobDiva is one of the best applicant tracking systems - it's easy for recruiters to use and provides the ability to quickly build a search and filter millions of resumes of available candidates with the required levels of experience, skills or attributes. Jobdiva itself is a very intelligent and powerful tool to recruit and source qualified candidates.
Over all I think JobDiva works well. It has some issues from time to time, but the support staff seems to handle it quickly. The major issue is the email merges getting black listed as spam. That takes away a very important JobDiva feature. That is our major functionality complaint these days
It's been a nightmare experience. The initial sales team were brilliant, and the customer service is great from the tech team - they get in touch with you quickly. However; I was often finding workarounds myself, or being advised workarounds instead of having issues resolved (example - The DPA/Non DPA issue - an Excel spreadsheet can do this, yet a CRM cannot?). I was debited on the incorrect date & then when I requested they refund until the due date, I was re-debited again on the correct date. The communication was poor - their billing team are based in the US and there was no acknowledgement of the mistake. My initial consultant chased them down for me, and advised me of their error. Lucky. The product was oversold. For example; I was advised their 'merge docs' feature would allow me to pull data directly from the 'Overview,' 'Work Histories' which later proved to be false. Finally, when I requested to end my contract & transfer my data (I advised a specific date I needed it, when my CRM would be ready) they advised it would take 15 business days & I was to put no further data in my system during that 15 days, and then gave me my data after 3. I now have no CRM for 4 weeks
Usually, we don't come across downtime or any such issues. However, whenever required, the Support team is always up and ready to solve it as soon as possible. One of its best features is it always Notifies users of any changes related to any of its uses or new additions.
I give Zoho Recruit this rating because over all, it has helped me to organize my candidates and saved me time and energy in organizing them myself. Without Zoho Recruit, I simply would not be able to keep my talent pool straight, and it certainly gets the job done. I took off a couple points because if I download a resume after already inputting the candidate into Zoho, it won't automatically sync the two profiles up. It also does not remind me when a task is expired.
This is a SaaS platform so the implementation is easy. One thing to consider is to make sure your organization has agreed to this system. Not all will like it but atleast everyone must understand how this will impact Staffing efforts in a positive way. Once everyone is bought then the rest is smooth. The reason I mention this is because after the implementation some where reluctant to change thus not maximizing JOBDIVA to its full capacity.
Breathe is a great tool for smaller internal recruitment teams and I have previously used an in-house built system similar however Bullhorn is something you can use across larger businesses and growing SME's it works well for international businesses as everything is updated in real-time. The support function is excellent and the training tools for new starters are super helpful for our L&D team. Your account manager is also great for assisting in personalising sections to make them more business specific.
Bullhorn seemed very focused on integration with LinkedIn but was missing on other factors. WinSearch was lacking as an ATS on all fronts, mass email would go to same people, there was no real prevention of duplicates and there was really no great way to link information and easy access later on
Zohorecruit is the best platform for small and mid-sized companies. It will help us to save lots of time in the recruitment and hiring journey. We have used Oorwin also in the past, but this is much better than the Oorwin, and it's very robust and easy to use, and the site is very fast.
Bullhorn has helped with the standardization of data which allows us to track our high, low and in between individuals. It allows for corporate bench marks to be tracked. It also allows for a closer look at all of the data points to make decisions versus making decisions based on perceptions. The data has definitely helped us make better business decisions because of the reporting capabilities.
Bullhorn has some great marketplace partners and additional products like VMS Access that help with your VMS clients. This is a real time saver.
It had a positive impact of the number of candidates I was able to reach and which actually helped to increase the hiring rate at one of our clients.
The reporting system in JobDiva. It actually helped to focus more on the business objectives instead of documenting about each and every employee.
The only negative it had was that in a ew positions (asking for niche skills), when it required to submit candidates in a quick time, the other vendors were able t he win the race.
