The above pricing is the one-time setup fee for each edition. Besides the setup fee, there is also a yearly maintenance fee for each edition. All Orders with 2 Users have a maintenance fee of $500/year. All Orders with 5 Users have a maintenance fee of $900/year & All Orders with 10 Users have a maintenance fee of $1400/year. The yearly maintenance includes all software updates, as well as a certain number of retraining hours each year.

All existing users have had to move off the platform and it they are not taking new customers. Square has said they are going to relaunch a new version of Stitch Labs possibly sometime in the future, but release date and features have not been announced. We used their email contact and the answers were fine but sometimes it takes too long to try to solve something over email when you want to just talk to someone and get a quick answer.
