Referral Rock is very relevant in cases where you already use Salesforce or HubSpot and want to integrate/streamline your Referral Marketing process with your Sales Management process (which is where Salesforce and Hub Spot are mainstream). Referral Rock might be less relevant if you don’t use Salesforce or HubSpot, but in that case, the pricing is also much lower, and you still get great value for the cost.

Trackier is able to track anything related to media campaigns, giving you control of what's happening to your campaign and the ability to analyze it in (almost) real-time to make decisions and change strategy if needed. They have a great suite of APIs that you can use to extract data and integrate with your preferred analysis tool/platform (such as Tableau) or your data warehouse.

  • Just a few minor missing features that I have been told are on the roadmap. Certainly not blockers.
  • Gift card payouts that work internationally, even if the currency selected is specific to a certain country (i.e. a $100 USD gift card payout amount should still result in the ability for the recipient to choose a gift card worth $100 USD, but available in their home country. Right now we are limited to only those gift cards available within the payout currency country).

I think Trackier support is the best I ever had using a SaaS platform. They are 'always on' and I can talk to a real person anytime. This is very difficult nowadays! If I have a problem or detect any issue I can talk to someone quickly and they give me an ETA for a solution within minutes.

And if you need any specific need they are always open to help you achieve your goals by improving the platform and adding new features every day. In other words: you can trust their work.
