    We implemented engagement surveys, we received the results, once we reviewed we put working groups together for keys areas we want to improve based on the survey results. We send out quarterly pulse surveys for these areas and use CultureIQ for onboarding and exit surveys.

                    Even with the Namely Time module, it DOES NOT fully integrate with Namely Payroll, therefore, all accrued vacation and sick balances do not feed over and we are not able to show the accrued balances on employees’ pay-stubs which is required by law in California.

                              The reports have just the right amount of information so that users get meaningful insights without being overwhelmed. When providing readbacks, users resonate highly with the assessment results. I don't think I've had a single user who did not tell me that their assessment was "spot on."

                                    This is being used throughout the organization as a kudos and recognition board.
