We use it for our performance appraisals.

  • Goal setting.
  • None that I can think of.
  • Ease of tracking PIPs and performance reviews.
  • We can now see our top talent and identify areas of growth.
We have never had an issue, and it works wonderfully.

Trakstar does a great job of helping managers give performance reviews. It tracks analytics really well and allows HR to better serve managers in areas they may need help in.
