Overall Satisfaction with Adaptive Defense 360 / WatchGuard EPDR

Adaptive Defense 360 / WatchGuard EPDR is used by our customers (reseller) and on the most of our systems. [We] are [satisfied] with it. With this solution we hope to reduce the risk of running [unknown] and unwanted software (e.g. ransomware) and [provide] the clients and servers [with] a new level of security. Together with our password-[rules] and gateway projection, we have [had] no security [issues] in the last year.

  • Better Apple support
  • Reduced management overhead using customer portal

We like the customer portal. And we feel more secure with a malware scanner. We think it is better than only signature based scanners. But of course it is [sometimes] a lot of work to accept all allowed software [for] our customers. Software updates from small software companies are [sometimes a challenge].
