Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC

Acrobat DC is key to our document management. It is especially important for the creation, archiving and safe circulation of important documents.
In addition, the features of editing the text within the document pages and changing the position of the pages are frequently used in daily office work.
  • Provides the option to add or delete pages on PDF pages.
  • It allows you to create PDF by combining different file types.
  • Allows editing text or adding images within the document.
  • It provides detailed search facility within the document.
  • Allows export to Word file type.
  • It has text recognition feature.
  • Allows comparison between versions of PDF files.
  • It is complex to use, requires special training.
  • It is slow to run on the computer. It is not a light program.
  • License fees are unnecessarily high.
  • Its mobile application is not simple.
  • Provided an important solution for the circulation of confidential company documents.
  • The ability to convert all kinds of documents into pdf and to edit pages and text in PDF has enriched the use.
  • Required pre-training as it does not have a user-friendly interface.

Acrobat is a software preferred especially for document types shared digitally. Earlier alternatives are Microsoft Office solutions. The prominent difference of Acrobat is that it can be printed, edited, can convert all kinds of documents into PDF and also allows creating a completely new document or form.

Creating a form or contract with Acrobat DC is easy. The content of a PDF document cannot be changed as easily as a Word document, so it is more reliable. Control of the changes made is very simple. Provides comparison feature between document versions. PDF files take up less space than known office files, and the space requirement is less.
