Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance
We are a small company and use SmartCompliance to manage our tax payment process and garnishment process. We use SmartCompliance reporting for reconciliations, audits, and general research. We also rely on it to obtain copies of our tax filings.

- Reporting is sometimes frustrating. Would love to see more of an ad-hoc option to create my own reports
- On the garnishment side, I would like to see any manual garnishment check data be visible so that one can be assured a payment was made (there is no visibility for manually requested garnishment checks).
- We used another service for taxes and had all sorts of problems with duplicate payments, no payments, etc. With ADP we are confident our taxes are being paid correctly every time.
- The Garnishment process has been a pain. Some functionality was missing and we have had numerous situations where payments were late and there was no visibility for manual checks. There is a fix now which we will be adopting soon, but I have been unhappy with the garnishment. FYI, ADP management is aware of this.
