Pros
- Fast response time, easy to talk to on human and technical level.
- Scalable solution capable of adding additional feature requirements.
- Well documented API, we are able to do some changes by ourselves.
Cons
- Would be great to have a custom library for handling web socket communications without a browser.
- Possibility to run solution from different locations.
- Integration with Slack to immediately see ongoing process and discuss directly issues with the Support team.
- Flexible platform for adding additional websites for scraping.
- Data gathering process is fully automized with high relevance output.
- Data are up-to-date with minimum delay.
- We use extra time for better decision making process instead of report preparation.
