Overall Satisfaction with ApptioOne

I utilize the IT Planning tool to create budgets and forecast updates. I also use the cost transparency to view variances across different plans. This creates more visibility to directors on how much a project is costing to develop and maintain.
  • Creates reports easily.
  • User friendly. You can easily pick up how to use Apptio.
  • Can create custom reports in CT.
  • Asset tab is extremely slow to update information.
  • Sometimes the information is not saved. It would be great to see what did and did not save when there is an error.
  • it planning is user friendly. CT is not.
We use the budget and forecasting.
  • More visibility into variances.
  • Long wait times to update data.
  • Better decision making.
I have not had many interactions with the sales teams.

I would explain to them how it is operates as an more advanced excel platform. There are a ton of reports and views you can create to drive home your perspective.
