Overall Satisfaction with ApptioOne
I utilize the IT Planning tool to create budgets and forecast updates. I also use the cost transparency to view variances across different plans. This creates more visibility to directors on how much a project is costing to develop and maintain.
Pros
- Creates reports easily.
- User friendly. You can easily pick up how to use Apptio.
- Can create custom reports in CT.
Cons
- Asset tab is extremely slow to update information.
- Sometimes the information is not saved. It would be great to see what did and did not save when there is an error.
- it planning is user friendly. CT is not.
We use the budget and forecasting.
- More visibility into variances.
- Long wait times to update data.
- Better decision making.
