I use ApptioOne for TCO, Finance Planning for IT Infra, App costs & tracking.

Data ingestion is still mostly manual due to 2 step automation and the lack of an automation specialist...We have just begun using IT planning for total infra spend planning.

Support (tickets logged) - not good, very rarely get an answer and it takes weeks for resolution, still dealing with an issue 5+ months now CSM&Account team - they do great at assisting with issues, escalating tickets and trying to get resolution on the issues i have
