[It's] Used by the entire organization for data management of client services. Also used for managing volunteers, donors, production, and grants. It is also used to manage students, providers, facilitators for participants in educational classes, other organizational services, career coaching, personal improvement classes, nutrition classes, homework helpers, and a mini-library in an enrichment center.

Apricot has allowed us to better serve our clients through increasing outcomes driven by our mission. We are now able to perform surveys and assessments for staff, clients, volunteers, and partnerships. It has allowed us to focus on our mission. We are now able to track the progress of our clients, households, or students and score them using a self-sufficiency matrix. We are now able to report on demographic data sets and provide that data to funders and partner organization for increased collaboration.
Apricot has allowed us to diversify our data sets tailored to the needs of our funders' interest. We are now able to report and submit data that our funders are actually interested in supporting. It has made our organization more transparent and visible to the funders who are interested in supporting organizations who put the interest of the clients first through empowerment. We are now able to prove what we say which has opened numerous doors that were shut before.
