Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR
We use BambooHR for a one stop place for benefits, time tracking, and performance mgt. We use to have all of these in different systems or just plain excel. We just implemented the last feature, Performance Mgt and we cant wait to start using it.
- Time Tracking
- File organizer
- Performance mgt
- There should be more customizing with all the Feedback tools
- Have a better online support system, it has been terrible for the last 2 months.
- Give new customers one rep to go to for help with set up.
- We are just starting, it hasnt been a whole year yet. So far, it's improved our efficiency, keeping everything in one place.
So far all reporting have been accurate.
BambooHR is our first system.
