Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR

We use BambooHR for a one stop place for benefits, time tracking, and performance mgt. We use to have all of these in different systems or just plain excel. We just implemented the last feature, Performance Mgt and we cant wait to start using it.

  • There should be more customizing with all the Feedback tools
  • Have a better online support system, it has been terrible for the last 2 months.
  • Give new customers one rep to go to for help with set up.
  • We are just starting, it hasnt been a whole year yet. So far, it's improved our efficiency, keeping everything in one place.
We are just starting but it is very user friendly.
The online support has been terrible or nonexistent. This very concerning for us. We are just starting and need help, but you charge if talk to someone. I had been using the online support to the most and it was great. Please get it back up and running like it was. I really dont want to start looking for another system if I cant contact someone for free!
So far all reporting have been accurate.

BambooHR is well suited for small to mid size companies. There is alot of manual input and if we had more than 50-100 employees, I would not have gotten BambooHR.
