Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR

Managing employee documentation, team announcements, vacation policies and managing vacation time, birthdays, onboarding and offboarding, it is an amazing tool! We used to send documents via email and the reply of important info via email, to then have to download and put in a share file or company folder, was a hassel, this really help me as the HR, to have a tool that did all electronically and has a place for each employee, system does filing accordingly per employee, I just love!

  • If only Bamboo had a department that handles payroll like ADP team.
  • More person to person contact, when having doubts, videos do no help, when you are a people person or a visual person

Too many videos, having a person to person conversation is best and there is where I have issues, I mean not as bad as having dull moment, but I think I am still missing some fun out of it, because I am not a video watcher, becomes boring and if I could talk to someone, would make my understanding easier.
The time I was starting up with BambooHR we had a PM that would explain all clearly to us with use of walking step by step with us, that there was a A+ to us, the videos are all we have now.
When I need headcount for example in matters of min can I get this report. Def Bamboo report function, helps and not time consuming!
