Overall Satisfaction with Benchmark Estimating Software

We use Benchmark Estimating Software for all estimates and quotes and also for project management in the construction industy. Progress claims and costs are used in Benchmark.

  • Benchmark has created standardisation in quotes and tenders.
  • Created standard progress claims.
Benchmark has a simpler setup than PlanSwift and was easy to understand and learn.

The support guys were always helping and sorted out issues we had very quickly.

It's easy to use. If used correctly it can make schedules/quotes very easy to work out. The Progress claim feature can improve, with reminders and an interface with calendar and retentions.
