Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT
I use Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT for all things Accounts Payables, including invoices, purchase orders, and credit card expense reporting. I also use it for end-of-year 1099 reporting.
- Import uploads
- Vendor management
- Processing invoices
- Would like to enter credits directly into Purchase Orders
- For purchase orders, would like to be able to Receipt All for a specific date, not today's date
- Would like to use short cuts such as Ctrl + E in web-based Financial Edge, not just database
- Importing records has made expense management more efficient.
- Change management allows for enhanced accountability.
- Simple to verify invoices and payment status.
We do not use Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT for donor/fund relations other than recording donations as they are deposited and fund activity.
It has not affected visibility into our organization.
Similar to other products in overall services and capabilities. As user-friendly as other programs, in most cases.
