Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT
I am in charge of doing the accounts payable. FENXT has been so much more user-friendly than our previous software. It is easy to learn and easy to use.
- Easy to get from, let's say an invoice into the vendor file.
- Attachments are easy to find.
- I love the personalizations you can do within FENXT.
- Easy to look up information.
- I think the 1099 section is hard to use within the database view.
- Dashboards don't seem to work very well.
- I don't know about the ROI but for me, it doesnt take as long to process checks it's less time-consuming than our previous software.
- Expense management is nice so others in our business can process their own invoice requests.
This would be a question for our CFO; I have no idea.
We have not been able to get the dashboards to work.
We used Sage 100 but not the cloud-based one. FENXT is more user-friendly and easier to look up information.
