Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT
FENXT is our full accounting platform for payables, receivables, expense management, asset management and GL accounting.

- Great user interface
- Extensive knowledge center
- Cannot parse CC expenses on Amex feed by card user
- Ability to attach statements to bank accounts
- Reconciliation of credit card accounts
- Easier integration for ACH and EFTs
- Easier integration for Positive Pay
- Easier user interface for report creation
- Improved and accurate fund account tracking
- Helped to improve our digital workflow with attachments
Blackbaud has provided us with a real time fund account balance. Rather than making adjusting entries at month-end or using spreadsheets to track these amounts, they're handled immediately upon keying an entry in.
We haven't yet implemented the use of dashboards.
