Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
We are an executive coaching consultancy with clients across the globe in Financial Markets. We hold sessions using BlueJeans as a way of connecting to their internal meeting room video facilities.
- Connects well to clients both audibly and visibly.
- Allows access to internal video systems which other services do not.
- It has a very good and easy to use Screen Sharing facility.
- I have no complaints about the system. My issue is with the customer support which is appalling.
- I can not talk for technical support as fortunately I have had no technical issues, but trying to get help from customer services is dreadful.
- And when I do finally get a response, I never get call backs or follow ups.

The main thing was one of my main customers already used BlueJeans. This mean firstly it was a logical choice for me to be able to seamlessly connect to them globally. Also other clients demand high security when accessing their AV systems externally and BlueJeans was a trustworthy external AV system.
