Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

We use it across the whole organization for the investment team members in each of our four offices. We hold weekly "briefing" calls.
  • Visibility of each caller is clear
  • Outlook Calendar compatible
  • Presentations can be viewed
  • Customer support post-call to address problems encountered - follow up usually takes 24 hours or more
  • Auto mute is required in order to limit feedback/loud background noises - this diminishes the ability of the moderator to greet each caller as they enter the call
  • With over 9 callers on the call, it would be nice to expand the number of callers who can be seen during the call (ie. 27 in our case)
  • BlueJeans has had an intangible impact.
BlueJeans is easy to use, has multi-gadget compatibility, and mobile availability whether at home, office or during travels.
BlueJeans is well suited if you have a large number of employees whose input is valuable on a regular (weekly) basis, with the ability to be able to see each one of them as they are speaking (or responding to what is being said).
