Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
We use it across the whole organization for the investment team members in each of our four offices. We hold weekly "briefing" calls.
- Visibility of each caller is clear
- Outlook Calendar compatible
- Presentations can be viewed
- Customer support post-call to address problems encountered - follow up usually takes 24 hours or more
- Auto mute is required in order to limit feedback/loud background noises - this diminishes the ability of the moderator to greet each caller as they enter the call
- With over 9 callers on the call, it would be nice to expand the number of callers who can be seen during the call (ie. 27 in our case)
- BlueJeans has had an intangible impact.
