Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
BlueJeans is currently being used across our whole organization. We are a global organization with offices in North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America. We use it locally as a replacement for our MCU appliance. It has allowed us greater efficiency in having meetings with all of our partners.
- The technology is system agnostic and works well with all video platforms and endpoints.
- Improvement can be made in deploying needed technologies, meeting tools, and more flexible security platforms, in a timely manner.
- Saved money on travel for meetings.
- Provided greater flexibility in having impromptu meetings.
Command Center provides a good overview of usage and allows me to see what departments are using the tool frequently. I can obtain meeting metrics to assist in troubleshooting any meetings that fell short of expectations. It falls short when it comes to controlling active meetings where there are more than 20 participants. I'm unable to expand the user list to see more than 10 users at a time when only utilizing one screen on my laptop. The scrolling feature is spotty when I'm trying to actively mute/unmute users and sometimes locks when using it.
- Zoom, Zoom Video Webinar, ZOOM Quality Management Suite and Cisco Webex Teams (formerly Cisco Spark)
I selected BlueJeans prior to evaluating the other services. My company has added Zoom and WebEx Teams to its portfolio. Right now, the other two are outperforming BlueJeans in performance, ease of use, and cost.
