Pros and Cons

We are a distributed company with many locations. BlueJeans helps us to stay connected.
Sometimes we are interviewing people for remote positions. BlueJeans allows us to get to know the candidate better than a voice call. This allows us to only fly the candidate with a high probability of being hired.

We had some sound and video issues in the beginning, but those seem to be mostly worked out.
