Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
BlueJeans is used for meetings across the company and is specially used to talk to our colleagues who are located in different geographies. BlueJeans is not specifically used by any department but is used across our Company. I mostly see BlueJeans used by the Post Sales team in our company. Typically it is used to have meetings with people who are not located at the same place.
- The best thing I love about BlueJeans is how well the quality of meetings over BlueJeans is. I rarely experience dropped calls interfering with a meeting.
- I'd love to have improvements to the RDC feature while using BlueJeans. I've seen an instance where I am on a call with a customer and this functionality doesn't work as expected and I have to walk through it step-by-step with the person on the other line.
- Money saved on travel.
- We've moved from using Slack calls to BlueJeans and the user experience is way better and this led to better adoption of the product within our company.
Since we were already using Slack and we have a similar set of features in Slack, we didn't plan on investing in other products. But the customer experience especially related to calls/meetings wasn't that good and we were trying out alternatives and after discussing with management across various teams in the Post-Sales department we decided on going ahead with BlueJeans and we haven't been disappointed since then. Thank you for everything you do.
